FAQ

What is clearance flooring?

It is first quality material that has nowhere else to go. Order overages from finished jobs, colours a manufacturer has discontinued, display stock that came off a showroom wall, short lots too small for a showroom to keep carrying. None of it is seconds and none of it is damaged. It is simply finite.

Why is it cheaper?

Because the quantity is fixed and cannot be reordered. A showroom needs to sell a floor it can restock. We do not, so it goes out at clearance pricing.

Can I buy just one carton?

Yes. There is no minimum. One carton for a laundry room is a perfectly normal order.

How much should I order?

At least ten percent over your measured square footage, to cover cuts and waste. Every product page has a calculator that works this out for you - enter your square footage and it converts to whole cartons.

What happens if I run out mid-job?

That is the risk with clearance stock, and the reason we say this everywhere: order the whole lot at once. When a lot sells through there is no more of it, here or anywhere else.

Can I see it before I buy?

Yes, and we would encourage it. The warehouse is at 3535 Lomita Blvd, Suite D, Torrance. Call (310) 464-8694 before you come out.

Is the stock count on the site accurate?

It is kept as current as we can, but carton counts move as orders go out. For anything time sensitive or large, call and confirm.

Do you install?

Installation is handled through Fancy Floors, the showroom this warehouse belongs to. See Installation.

Do you deliver?

Local delivery around the South Bay can usually be arranged for larger orders, quoted per job. See Pickup & Delivery.

Who is behind Last Pallet?

Fancy Floors, a flooring showroom in Torrance serving the South Bay. Last Pallet is the overflow from that business. See About.
