Every carton here is real, countable stock sitting on the warehouse floor in Torrance. When a lot is gone, it is gone.

Fancy Floors is a floor covering showroom at 3535 Lomita Blvd, Suite D, Torrance, CA 90505, serving Torrance, Gardena and the wider South Bay. The showroom carries carpet, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, tile and prefab countertops at wholesale prices, with design professionals on site, complimentary in-home consultation, free measuring and estimates, and professional installation.

Running a showroom that size generates material that has nowhere to go. A job is measured generously and comes back with eleven cartons spare. A manufacturer retires a colour and the remaining stock stops being orderable. A display gets rebuilt and the old lot comes off the wall untouched. None of it is seconds and none of it is damaged. It is simply finite, which is the one thing a showroom cannot sell against.

Last Pallet exists so that material gets used. Every lot on this site is counted by hand in the Torrance warehouse and listed with the manufacturer’s own spec sheet attached. What you see is what is physically here.

Who this is for

Contractors and flippers pricing a whole floor. Landlords turning a unit. Homeowners doing a single room, a laundry, a rental kitchen, or an ADU. There is no minimum: one carton is a fine order.

A straight word on quantity

Order at least ten percent over your measured square footage to cover cuts and waste, and order it all at once. If a lot runs out mid-install there is no second run of it anywhere.
